Having spent a decade building a brick and mortar business (literally - an architectural design and construction company in Thailand) and managing hundreds of staff and contractors, I went on to form a Real Estate Investment company in 2016...
This was a business built almost entirely with virtual assistants and freelancers, hiring dozens of team members and freelancers through platforms like OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork and Fiverr to great effect.
In 2021 I created Take One Tech, which started out as a hobby YouTube channel... it was originally simply a test bed for 'one take' video production.

...Then, on the other side of the world, a single conversation cracked something open.
I'd travelled from my home in Thailand to Boston USA to speak at Ecamm's Creator Camp. I was due to be there for a week, but a family emergency had me flying back within hours of landing â a story for another day.
Still, that brief trip was worth it for one conversation with a close friend. She had recently been diagnosed with ADHD, and we talked about the traits that came with it.
I hadnât been formally diagnosed, but as we talked, I began ticking boxes in my head. The distraction, the bursts of hyper-focus, the restless energy that had shaped so much of my life. For the first time, I saw it clearly:
I wasnât broken. I was wired differently.
That single shift in understanding became the motivation to change and the seed for what would later become Built from the Inside Out.
I stopped trying to fight the way I worked and started learning how to work with it. Already using AI daily as an assistant and a thinking partner, I began using it in a new way: as a mirror.
I started asking better questions, reflecting deeper, and using AI to uncover my own unique character traits and explore how to harness them in a positive way.
And then, in April 2025, it happened.
The moment that changed everything.
Together, AI and I built what we called my Optimal Performance OS: a personal operating system that connects my traits, habits, energy, and goals into one aligned flow. It now drives how I show up in work and live every day.
