1. What is the Digital Stage Academy, and who is it for?
The Digital Stage Academy is a comprehensive program designed for entrepreneurs, content creators, and professionals who want to master their online presence. Itâs perfect for anyone looking to captivate their audience, deliver engaging content, and grow their business using video.
2. How is the Academy structured?
The Academy includes five core modules: Digital Stage Foundations, Digital Stage Tech, Digital Stage Mastery, Digital Stage Monetisation, and Digital Stage Growth. Youâll also get access to resources, workshops, live sessions, and the Digital Stage Network community.
3. Whatâs the difference between the regular Academy membership and VIP membership?
The VIP tier of the Academy was always our most impactful tier and included additional benefits like personalised coaching sessions and weekly group office hours sessions. In order to streamline our product offerings, the VIP tier has now evolved into our 'Momentum Mastermind' program and it's designed for those who want deeper support. Places on this program are strictly limited and we will be making an announcement when open to new members soon.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate to the Academy?
The Academy is designed to fit into your schedule. You can progress at your own pace, and most lessons are bite-sized, making it easy to work through the content alongside your other commitments. With your included access to the Digital Stage Network, daily support is there when you need it!
5. What if Iâm not tech-savvy?
No problem! The Academy is designed to guide you step-by-step, with clear instructions and support to help you overcome any technical challenges. Youâll also have access to a community where you can ask questions and share tips.
6. What if I canât attend live events or workshops?
All live events and workshops are recorded, and replays are available in the Academy. You can watch them at your convenience, so you wonât miss a thing. Got questions following the replays? No problem, just drop them in the comments below the video replay and I'll get right back to you!
7. How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with the training, you can request a refund on your subscription payment. This is limited to your most recent subscription payment. So if you have an annual plan and request a refund after 11 months, you entire full 1 year payment would be refunded.  If, however, you are on a monthly subscription plan and request a refund after 11 months, you would be refunded you most recent 1 monthly payment.  In any case, this is a no questions asked refund, in that the refund will be issued without questions. After the refund has been issued we may reach out for feedback on why you cancelled in order to improve the program. Giving us feedback is entirely optional!Â
8. What support is available if I get stuck?
Youâll have access the Digital Stage Network community, and searchable resources through Digital Stage Intelligence. Plus, VIP members also have access to weekly office hours sessions or can book their 2 complimentary one-to-one coaching sessions.
9. Do I need expensive equipment to get started?
Not at all! The Academy helps you make informed decisions about your setup. You can start with what you have and upgrade as you grow. In fact, I'd recommend not making any new purchases before joining the Academy... our aim is to save you from costly mistakes!
10. Is there a payment plan available?
You can either pay monthly or annually for the Academy. Note that there is a saving when paying annually - 10 months for the price of 12.
11. I see that the core modules are released over time... what about the other resources?Â
All other course bonuses, and access to the workshops, office hours sessions, Digital Stage Network, Digital Stage Intelligence etc... will be available to you as soon as you sign up!  It is just the core modules that are 'dripped' out to enhance the learning experience.
12. How long do I have access to the Academy?
Membership to the academy is available on either an annual or monthly basis. You will have access to all materials, resources, and community features for as long as your membership continues.
13. Do I get to keep any of the materials once my membership ends?
The Digital Stage Academy is available on a subscription basis and you will retain access to all courses and resources as long as you are a member and will lose access to the content when your subscription ends.
