Direct Access. Capped at Six.

Digital Stage Elite is private, one-to-one work with me. It's for entrepreneurs who'd rather skip the courses and the cohorts and work directly with the person who teaches them.

Some Elite clients have done every programme I run. Others have never taken a course of mine in their life, and don't intend to.

What they share is a clear preference: when the work matters, they want the person who knows it sitting opposite them.

Capped at six clients at any one time.

Let's Start the Conversation

WHO THIS IS FOR

People who'd rather skip the queue.

This isn't about how far along you are in your business. It's about how you prefer to work.

Some of my Elite clients are seasoned operators who want a private thinking partner. Someone to help them weigh decisions, pressure-test direction, and move forward with more clarity than the people around them can offer.

Others are leaders in their own field who don't yet have a specific skill (usually video, content, or the technology that surrounds it) and want it built into their business at speed, with hands-on guidance from someone who's done it many times before.

What both have in common is a preference for direct work over group programmes. They've decided, for their own reasons, that the fastest path to what they need is to work with the person who knows it. Not a curriculum. Not a cohort. Not a queue.

If that's how you prefer to work, Elite is the conversation to start.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

Built around your business, not a calendar.

Elite was originally structured as a year-long engagement. Fifty hours, one call a week, paced like a drumbeat through the calendar. That structure made sense on paper. In practice, it didn't match how my clients actually wanted to work.

Some weeks the work needs to be intensive: the run-up to a launch, a build sprint, a decision that won't wait until next Tuesday. Other weeks, the right move is space to think, to test, to let things settle. Fixing fifty hours into a weekly rhythm forced everyone into the same shape regardless of what their business was doing.

So I dropped the calendar. Elite is now fifty hours, used however the work demands. Some clients front-load. Some spread out. Most do both as the months unfold.

Fifty hours is enough time to do something meaningful together. Enough to build real trust, find a working rhythm, and create change in the parts of your business we focus on. When the hours are used, clients who want to keep going add another fifty. Several have, more than once.

What we work on depends on what your business needs.

For some clients, the work is strategic: weighing decisions, pressure-testing direction, working out what to say yes to and what to walk away from in the chapter ahead.

For others, the work is about building or growing something specific. A launch that's been waiting too long. A new offer that needs to come to market properly. An online presence missing from an otherwise solid business. The video, content, or systems that turn ad-hoc effort into reliable output.

Many clients move between the two as the months unfold.

About the Academy and the Mastermind.

Elite clients are automatically given lifetime access to Digital Stage Academy Live and Momentum Mastermind. Whether that matters to you depends on who you are.

If you're not the kind of person who watches courses or sits in group calls (and many Elite clients aren't), those resources will sit quietly in your account, and that's perfectly fine. The price of Elite reflects the work we do together, not the bonuses around it.

If you'd like to dip into specific Academy modules between sessions, or join the Mastermind for the wider conversation, both are open to you for as long as they exist. Some Elite clients use the Academy library as a reference rather than a curriculum, pulling specific lessons when a topic comes up in our work. It's there if you want it. It's not the reason you're here.

MeetĀ Alec

I'm Alec Johnson, founder of Take One Tech and the Digital Stage Academy, and author of The Confidence Switch. I've been building businesses for nearly twenty years, across more industries than I can comfortably list.

My background is in engineering, and that shapes how I work more than anything else. Engineers see problems differently. They take what looks like a single tangled mess, break it into the parts that actually matter, and build a way through. That's the muscle I've applied to every business I've ever run, and it's the muscle I bring to Elite.

What most clients value, once we're working together, isn't a framework or a system. It's that someone with an engineer's mind is sitting with their specific situation, taking it apart properly, and helping them rebuild it better.

My longest-running Elite client has worked with me for over four years. That continuity is the thing I'm proudest of. Elite isn't a programme you graduate from. It's a relationship that grows with the business.

If you'd like to explore whether we'd work well together, the next step is a private conversation.

Real Stories.
