Days 1-3
The Opening
The first days open the space. You arrive, you land, and the group begins to form. By the third morning, everyone has spoken about where they are and what they are carrying into the two weeks.
Days 4-10
The Work
Seven days in the detail of each founder's next move. Deep work, shared across the group, with rest and a shared excursion woven through.
Days 11-14
The Widening
What has emerged begins to take its shape. Each founder commits to what they are going to build, in front of the group. You leave with a vision you believe in, and others who know what you have set out to build.
THE FOUNDER SESSIONS
Your time at the centre of the group.
This is what The Work is built around. Across the seven days, each founder has a dedicated session with the full group present — time in the detail of their business, the question they arrived with, what they are trying to build.
Alec facilitates. Everyone contributes. No one is observing.
Being in the room for someone else's session is as valuable as being in your own. You see patterns you cannot see in your own work. You watch someone else solve a problem you thought was specific to you. You contribute, and you are contributed to.
By the end of the two weeks, you have not worked on one business. You have worked on ten.
THE SETTING

Chosen for the stillness of the water and the clarity of the light. Open to the sea. Closed to the world.
Everyone stays together at the villa for the full two weeks. Meals are shared, spaces are communal, and the retreat flows as one continuous conversation broken by sleep and sunrise.
You will not be rushing anywhere. The retreat moves at the pace of clear thinking, which is slower than most people expect. Mornings are unhurried. Around the sessions there is room for the pool, the sea, time to yourself. Shared excursions are woven through. Days have space in them. Everything is part of the retreat, and everything is included.
Life partners are welcome, and encouraged. If you share the business, you share the retreat. If you don't, your partner still has a place here — what you are building, in the end, is for the people closest to you. There is no additional charge for couples.
The deep work sessions are open to partners who want to be in the room for all of them. For partners who would rather not, there is no shortage of things to do — whether that is unhurried time at the villa grounds, the beach, or exploring all that Phuket has to offer. We'll take care of it all.
WHO THIS IS FOR
